Payment Policy

For All Services, you will be charged a one time “fee for service” directly for each service. We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments currently.

 

For Mobile Phlebotomy Services, Treasured Hearts Lab Services is not contracted with your insurance company as of yet, however we do work with multiple lab partners in order to fit any patient's needs. Our services are tailored to private pay patients; however, we do choose to service insured patients if they choose to use us. The small fee we charge is a convenience fee, collection fee, and specimen handling fee. We realize paying at point of service is not ideal, however unlike other labs, you would never receive a bill from Treasured Hearts Lab Services.

 

Your insurance information must be included on your physician requisition for your specified laboratory to process your specimens. Be sure your requisition is properly completed before you send documents.
